This is a full-cycle sales role where you’ll take ownership of the customer journey — from prospecting and relationship-building to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction. You’ll work directly with homeowners to provide professional pest control solutions that help protect their homes and families.

Prospect and engage homeowners within assigned territories
Generate new business through face-to-face interactions and neighborhood outreach
Conduct customer consultations to identify pest control needs and recommend service solutions
Educate homeowners on pest prevention, treatment plans, and service benefits
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
Top performers can earn $150,000+ through uncapped commissions, bonuses, and performance incentives. Average earnings are around $50,000 per summer.
