This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated engineer to gain hands-on experience in RF and mixed-signal circuit design, working alongside senior designers from concept through silicon validation.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the design and simulation of RF and analog/mixed-signal circuits, such as LNAs, PAs, mixers, oscillators, PLLs, TIAs, ADC/DAC blocks, biasing and reference circuitsPerform schematic design, simulation, and analysis (noise, linearity, stability, PVT, Monte Carlo)Support layout review and parasitic-aware simulation in collaboration with layout engineersParticipate in chip bring-up, lab measurements, and silicon debugDocument designs, simulation results, and measurement dataWork closely with cross-functional teams including digital, layout, packaging, and testRequired QualificationsMS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related fieldStrong fundamentals in analog circuit design and RF principlesFamiliarity with CMOS/BiCMOS technologiesExperience with EDA tools (Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, ADS, or similar)Understanding of device physics, noise, matching, and stability conceptsGood communication skills and willingness to learn in a team environmentWhat We OfferCompetitive Bay Area salary + benefitsOpportunity to work on state-of-the-art silicon productsCollaborative, engineering-driven culture #LI-HL1
