Duties :
- Provide expert advice on patient care, treatment options, and medical procedures to patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients and their medical conditions to develop effective care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure that patients receive high-quality care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in medical technology, anatomy, and physiology to provide the best possible care.
- Utilize medical documentation and record-keeping skills to accurately document patient information and medical procedures.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
- Educate patients and their families on medical procedures, treatments, and self-care techniques.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and healthcare services.
Skills: - Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
- Current licensure as a registered nurse (RN) or nurse practitioner (NP).
- Experience in patient care and medical documentation.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and patients.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and improving healthcare outcomes.
