We are seeking a DocuSign / eSignature Consultant to join our team. This role will involve designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-wide digital signature solutions using DocuSign CLM, eSignature, and Agreement Lifecycle Management platforms, as well as working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and drive business adoption. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in workflow configuration, REST API integrations, contract lifecycle management, and business analysis, along with a passion for enterprise digital transformation and process optimization.

Job Title: DocuSign / eSignature Consultant

Location: Raleigh, NC (On-site)

Duration: Contract (5 Months with high chance of conversion to perm based on performance)

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to digital agreement and signature processes.

• Configure and customize DocuSign eSignature, CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management), Forms, Workflows, and Templates.

• Design agreement lifecycle workflows to improve operational efficiency and compliance.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, legal, compliance, and technology teams to bridge business requirements with technical implementation.

• Integrate DocuSign solutions with enterprise platforms such as CRM, ERP, and HR applications.

• Perform requirement analysis, gap analysis, solution design, testing, and deployment support.

• Create functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and comprehensive solution documentation.

• Support production issues, system enhancements, and platform upgrades while conducting user training and driving business adoption.

Must-Have Skills:

• DocuSign Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with the DocuSign eSignature Platform and DocuSign CLM.

• Workflow & Configuration: Proven skill in workflow and template configuration, agreement management, and electronic signature processes.

• Integrations: Solid understanding of REST API integrations.

• Business Analysis: Demonstrated experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, UAT coordination, and release support.

• Soft Skills: Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation capabilities.

Good to Have / Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience as a Business Analyst within enterprise environments.

• Experience with contract management solutions and integrations involving Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, or Microsoft Dynamics.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.

• Knowledge of Legal, Procurement, or Compliance business processes.

• DocuSign Certified Professional certification.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
