We are seeking an experienced Chief Engineer to lead our facility maintenance operations. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for the overall maintenance, repair, and functionality of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and more. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and proven experience managing maintenance teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As a key member of our operations team, the Chief Engineer ensures all building systems operate efficiently, comply with safety standards, and meet brand expectations. Compensation: $56,000 - $60,000 yearly Qualifications Strong analytical and diagnostic skills, with the ability to resolve complex maintenance issues. Proficient with Microsoft Office and maintenance tracking or work order systems. High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills. At least 5 years of progressive experience in facilities maintenance, including team leadership. Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise maintenance projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion. Serve as the primary liaison with brand partners to ensure compliance with evolving brand standards. Hire, train, schedule, and manage the performance of maintenance staff. Support budget planning by providing accurate cost estimates for repairs and capital improvement initiatives.
